National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT)  is an autonomous body of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India. It was made to provide knowledge and skill development in the field on Information, Electronics and Communications Technology among students. Both Nielit Patna and Nielit Pali provides quality educational courses in the areas of Information, Electronics & Communication Technology (IECT). Nielit Patna promotes more than 10 courses in IT and software stream at affordable fees and give good placement. However, Nielit Pali is focussed at offering only digital literacy courses to its students. The qualities of Nielit centres vary, so considering course offerings, faculty, infrastructure and placement records. According to Shiksha reports, The placement records are yet to be mentioned in their official website. However, 27% of the students placed by Information Technology sector during NIELIT Patna past years placements followed by other sectors.

Comparing the quality or superiority of an Undergraduate Diploma (UG Diploma) course between National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) centers such as Patna and Shimla can be subjective and depends on various factors. Both institutes might offer similar curricula but could differ in faculty expertise, infrastructure, industry connections, and other resources.Both colleges is best. We can not say any one college best due to they do their work in respective zone. But Here we can diffentiate on the basis of courses and their fee structure.

It has various heads included - tuition, examination and registration fee, and others. The fee for SC/ST/PH students is separately mentioned in the fee structure. There are some relaxations given to SC/ST/PH students and various other students belonging to low-income groups under the fee concept of NIT Patna. The receipt has to be collected after paying the fee in order to have the approval of payment.

At O/A/B/C levels, candidates can appear in any paper, in any order, if the subject has been covered in the institution running the accredited course and so endorsed on the application form. some other certificate courses like Industries based automation and application in control system,  Information technology,  Banking and finance,  Executive management,  Digital marketing, Business analytics,  Soft skills training, Big data analytics. 3 years Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical / Computer/ Instrumentation or equivalent or BSc in Electronics or Computer or Physics from recognised university. Direct candidates can appear in examinations if they satisfy the eligibility criteria as applicable to them.
