A Category Merit Rank (CMR) is the rank secured by a candidate in a specific reserved category. On the basis of CMR, candidates will be considered for admission to the design courses. Note that seat allotment will be made category-wise as per the merit rank of the candidate and college choices picked at the time of registration. In case of candidates belonging to reserved categories, including SC, ST, and OBC categories, they will be considered for admission to both the reserved category and open category. However, open category candidates will not be considered for admission under reserved category.
