NIMAS is a government institution, but NIPS and New Media are private organizations.As a result, NIPS and New Media have much higher tuition fees and overall costs of attendance than NIMAS.Annual fees for Diploma programs at NIPS and New Media can vary from 50,000 to 1 lakh, while degree programs can cost between 1.5-3 lakhs. Conversely, the yearly tuition fees at the government institute NIMAS are reasonably priced at approximately 10,000–15,000.

NIPS and New Media College have their own admission criteria and may accept entrance exam scores from various sources. However, as per resources, there is no such exam mentioned as the admissions are made on the basis of class 12th marks only.

Admission factors:
Entrance exams: To get admission in B. tech courses it require entrance exams like JEE Mains, SAT, or others for B.Tech admissions, Class 12th scores is not that much important but entrance exam is important.

Cutoffs are subject to change annually as per the course opted. Thus, there is no specified marks required at NIPS for B.Sc.
Cut off marks : Minimum required marks for entrance exams and programs are not fixed and it is change every year because it based on several factors like the number of aspirants applied this year, difficulty level of the entrance test, and the total number of seats available in institute. New Media (IIJNM) and NIPS doesn't offer MVSC (Master of Veterinary Science) programs. They only offer courses in journalism and new media courses.
