Yes, NIT Andhra Pradesh offers good placement opportunities to its students. NIT Andhra Pradesh has not released the 2023 placement details. However, the NIRF report 2023 is released. According to the report, 311 BTech and 25 M.Tech students were placed during NIT Andhra Pradesh placements 2022. The median package offered to BTech and M.Tech students during the NIT Andhra Pradesh placements 2022 was INR 6.80 LPA and INR 5.41 LPA, respectively.

NIT Andhra Pradesh has not released the 2023 placement details. However, as per the latest placement data available on the official website about 68 companies visited the institute. The top recruiters of NIT Andhra Pradesh are Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, Berger Paints, Amazon, Vedanta, Tata Consultancy Services, ValueLabs, L& T Infotech, Wipro, Virtusa, and Mphasis.

The faculty members are very knowledgeable and hold PhD or at least M.Tech degrees from reputed institutes in India. NIT Andhra Pradesh has recruited 43 regular faculty members to supplement and strengthen the teaching process and 100 Ad-hoc faculty members also serve the institute. Most of the faculty members have doctorates and NIT Andhra Pradesh provides a good academic ambience for the teaching-learning process.

Yes, NIT Andhra Pradesh has hostel facilities for students. Hostels of NIT Andhra Pradesh are newly constructed on the permanent campus. Hostel facilities are very good. The hostels are either single-seater or multi-seater based on availability. Students from other states and cities can avail of hostel accommodation. The hostels offer mess facilities. NIT Andhra Pradesh is providing one mess for Girls hostels and two messes for boys’ hostels to cater food and other eatables which will be run on a cooperative basis for the boarders of the hostel and all borders have to join the mess compulsorily.

Yes, NIT Andhra Pradesh is good for the BTech programme. NIT Andhra Pradesh offers a BTech degree in eight specialisations. Admission to a four-year duration course is done on the basis of JEE Main. The basic eligibility to apply to the BTech programme is a minimum of 75% aggregate in Class 12.
