Yes, NIT Andhra Pradesh offers an M.Tech course at the PG level. The MTech programme is offered for a duration of over two years in a full-time mode. To get admission into this PG course, aspirants must have completed a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology in a relevant field with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale. For the selection process of the course, the institute accepts the score of GATE, followed by CCMT counselling. 

The total tuition fee of NIT Andhra Pradesh BTech is INR 5,44,900 (for the income group more than INR 5,00,000). There are different fee slabs for all income groups. Institute fee structure for General/OBC category students whose annual family income is between INR 1 Lacs to INR 5 Lacs is around INR 2.25 lakh.

NIT Andhrapradesh offers eight specialisations in M.Tech courses. In addition, the institute offers around 90 seats for all its M.Tech courses, and 15 seats are offered in M.Tech in Computer Science and Data Analytics.
