So, take admission in a private college via management quota.

Hello Aakash,
Jharkhand conducts it's own CET and hence except for IIT equivalent college & NIT, rest all admit students based on entrance exam conducted by the state.

Dear Palash,
If you have scored 92 then you are qualified to write JEE Advanced but you cannot get a seat in any of the NITs but you can try for other government colleges. But, we can't assure that you will definitely get a seat so better try for other colleges or universities.
