Based on your percentile in JEE Mains B.Arch, you have a good chance of getting admission to some of the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) you will not get the top NITs but you can try for NITs in north east and other new NITs . There will be high chance of getting new NITs and you can for sure consider that you will get NITs of North East.

Based on the search results, with a CRL rank of 475749 and OBC PWD category, it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission to the top-ranked NITs or IITs for B.Tech. However, you can consider NITs that have a lower cut-off rank for your category. Some of the NITs that you can consider are NIT Rourkela, NIT Durgapur, NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, etc.

Considering the previous year cut off it is quite difficult to get seat in NIT or IIIT with the given rank. Your category rank must be under 8000 to have decent chances of getting seat in an NIT or IIIT. As your rank is above 8000 you may not get seat in NIT or IIIT. However, you may get seat in a college through state counselling. In states like Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Uttara Khand, Madhya Pradesh admission in to Engineering courses is based on merit in JEE Main. You can apply for admission in to such colleges if you fulfill the eligibility criteria.
The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeare

As EWS category is newly implemented so its cutoffs are not that clear. But though through sources its been heard that its cutoff is going to be between that of general category student and obc category student. So definitely you can get seat in NITs with 10325 rank.
