With AJEE Main rank of 61884 and OBC category rank of 18,000, you have a decent chance of getting admission in some of the NITs and IIITs for B.Tech in Biotechnology or related branches. However, the availability of seats and cutoffs vary every year and across colleges, and the information about the same for the year 2022 is not available as of now. Here are a few NITs and IIITs that offer B.Tech in Biotechnology, and you may consider them for admission based on your JEE Main rank and availability of seats:
National Institute of Technology, Raipur
National Institute of Technology, Warangal
National Institute of Technology, Durgapur

Based on your JEE Mains rank of 68250 and OBC category, you can get admission in some of the NITs and IIITs. The candidates with a rank between 25,000 and 50,000 can get admission into NITs like NIT Roorkee, NIT Durgapur, NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy etc. The candidates with AJEE Main rank of 70k have a chance to get CSE admission in IIIT Pune, IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Dharwad and IIIT Kurnool2. However, admission criteria for these colleges may vary depending on the year and other factors. You can check the JoSAA website for more information on the admission process. I hope this helps. Candidates who have secured a rank above 1,00,000 in JEE Main also have chances to get admission in NITs & IIITs. However, the cutoff for NITs varies every year and depends on the number of applicants and their scores. If you belong to the EWS category, you can get admission in NITs with your rank of 11000. You can check the NITs cutoff for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering on the website JoSAA. Nic. In. I hope this helps. Let me know if you want me to help you with anything else.

The cutoffs for admission vary each year, so it's difficult to predict exactly which branch or college you will get based on your score. You should check the cutoff ranks for various NITs and IIITs for your category to get a better idea of your chances of getting into a lower branch. You can find this information on the official websites of the respective colleges. Additionally, you may also want to consider applying to other colleges, like state engineering colleges or private universities, as they may also have good programs and lower cutoffs.

The opening and closing ranks for admission in NITs and GFTIs vary every year, depending on factors like the number of applicants, their ranks, and the availability of seats. Therefore, it is essential to check the opening and closing ranks of your desired institutes from the previous years' data to get a clearer picture of your chances of admission.
