or (ii) B.E. /B.Tech. From a recognised University/Institution are eligible to appear for NIMCET-2022. So completing MCA in 4 years does not matter here. You are eligible for NIMCET-2022.

First of all, it's GFTI college, not GFIT college. You have not mentioned your proper information, like which exam you have given, your All-India Rank, or gender. However, with the 23 percentile, you did not get admission to any National Institute of Technology (NIT) or Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTI) colleges in the civil branch. But you may get into these colleges for computer Science and engineering branches.
