Yes, you can get Biotech, chemical or textile like branches at new IITs like IIT Jammu, IIT Ropar, IIT Gandhinagar or IIT Bhubaneswar.

If you JEE Mains rank is 47000 in OBC then you get cannot the best IIT even if your CRL rank is 65000, you can't also get into NIT. I am not demotivating you but I have 2 to 3 suggestions for you,
1. Take drop and aim for IIT Bombay and it is achievable if you don't repeat your mistakes. (I will prefer join any online coaching)
2. Go for state level CET exams and go for state level best college.
3. Some private colleges such as Lovely Professional University and etc. accepts low score of JEE Mains also, it is a good option. Go for JAC counselling, state counselling accepting JEE Mains score. I am from Maharashtra, but I know that this y

As per the latest revised JEE Main eligibility criteria for 2022, 75% of the criteria are removed for NITs, IIITs, and GFTI admissions. Candidates must currently pass class 12, regardless of percentage. So, if this criteria remains in place in the coming years, you may be able to gain admission to an NIT if you perform well in the JEE Mains. Also, the attempt-wise eligibility for JEE is three consecutive years from the year of passing in 10+2 or its equivalent.
