There is total 2291 seats reserved for SC category students. You can definitely get a seat in some IIT with your category rank.

You will get a CSE course in a low NIT which is not preferable. You should try to acheive a good rank at JEE Advance and get admission to top IITs.

Mostly you get on campus internships. Companies visit IITs and recruit interns. However you can also apply off campus by some other means like referrals or from company websites, etc.

You have a chance of admission to a NIT for a Bachelor of Architecture based on the closing ranks listed on the CSAB website. For all categories, the CSAB round two opening and closing rank information is now accessible. You may be eligible for the following NITs for B.Arch. Based on the information you provided.
1. National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur: ST closing rank is 7160
2. National Institute of Technology, Rourkela: ST closing rank 5212
You can also get admission for the Bachelor of Planning at the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. The ST closing rank is 7281 for B. Plan. At this college.

According to your percentile, your rank would fall somewhere between 99933-112339. With this rank there is a possibility that you will get a seat in NITs, as you have not specified your branch, it is difficult to tell the exact Opening ranks and closing ranks of all the NITs as per the branches. But the Cutoffs are very high.

NIT Jamshedpur Placement 2022 National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur (NITJ) placement report for the B.Tech Batch 2021 22. The highest salary offered is INR 72.5 Lacs per annum which is almost 100 higher than previous year's the highest salary. Average salary offered for the batch 2022 is INR 14.7 Lacs per annum. Sc Placement Report for the batch 2022. the highest salary offered is INR 44 Lacs per annum for the B.Tech in CSE and B.Tech in Electronics Branch and the lowest salary offered is INR 3.6 Lacs per annum in Civil Engineering.

All of above colleges are best but I prefer you IIT Roorkee because it is the oldest one and best choice in field of ECE or CS.
