Your expected JEE Main AIR is about 84865. For admission in IIITs your AIR rank should be below 15000. So admission chances for IIITs are very less. While for NITs home state quota is very important. So please tell me about your home state, because on the basis of expected AIR, You can not get other state quota seats.

I think, you require minimum 85 percentile for top NITs and for IITs first of all you have to crack JEE advance.
