According to me their eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and English must be studied as a subject. Along with this a candidate must have 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics separately

You should look into the National Rail and Transportation Institute. It is a university set up by the Indian Railways and it offers 2 B.Tech. Courses. The university gets very good faculty from IITs and Iims and has also been providing its students with excellent placement opportunities.
