Yes, this rank is okay to get into NIT. I would suggest you take admission in IIIT or IISER this will be a good choice. If you are interested in research then go for IISER.

Hello Ganesh, If you have obtained OBC-NCL ranking from NTA in your results then this is registered. In this case, if you have registered with JoSAA then during documents verification, you can show and seek admission in NIT against category quota. Best wishes to you.

Yes, if you have your ST category certificate then you will get a good NIT. You have to file up your ST category proof with your documents.

Admission in NIT's with 33964 rank seems difficult. I am sure you can get other good colleges.
