Theirs a lot of privates and government. Colleges in India providing best B.Tech and you have to be specific because its totally depends on the branch and state in which you wanna apply.

Getting NIT and MBBS at a government medical college equally difficult. The number of candidates appearing for both is nearly same or may be more for NITs. But difference is both belong to two opposite poles of streams.

It's mentored by NIT-Warangal, that is the only good point, but it doesn't have its own campus which is a great lag. As it is an NIT, it would be better than other colleges.

I think it's not that good because it does not have it's own campus. It is a great lag for any college. I cannot tell about the placements as its first batch has not even completed the fourth year.
