All NITs accept CAT score. Some NITs also accept MAT score and very few NITs accept CMAT score. Since NIT, Rourkela has not mentioned any particular exam therefore it must accept CMAT also.

First clear it what is CRL, And if u have scored very good rank you can easily think of getting IITs, IIITs and NITs. Before hand research about college faculty and placement record, campus infrastructure and other facilities available in college.

Cutoffs are originally decided based on the toughness of examination and the number of seat availables in NITS and IITS, and number of candidates applied. It is decided after registration of examination.
