Surrounding environment. Each team will be formed such a way that at least one person should be from the opposite gender. So, there is no barrier/clash between girls and boys. You can see groups sitting/studying/coding all over the campus. (LHC- Lecture hall complex and Mechanical dept)
There you will be exposed to social services. Deshpande foundation's LEAD is inside the campus. You can do as many as social projects you want.

One must have 75% in 12th, to be eligible for admission in NIT's besides other criteria. Of course, you will have to appear for JEE Mains and clear it with good marks.

You have marks that can get you admission. But if you had scored just 25 more, it may have been better. Don't worry. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.

Yes, you can get college as your rank is less you must take part in counseling by JOSAA.

You just qualified advance then it quite tough to get IITs but if you scored 75% in boards and your JEE Mains marks are good then you get NITs.
