In India, there are plenty good institutes are available in Game design and development. I would advise to take a course from India join somewhere. Over the years, after have experience then you may move to abroad if more options are there.

If you just happen to score more than cutoff off, it will not get you anywhere. Cut off is only to restrict number of students who can appear for JEE Advanced. For getting into NIT and good NIT, you need to score percentile of at least 75 in JEE Mains.
