because 300+ marks are usually considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs.
No chance is there for you to get into NIT, IIIT or any other Govt. college if you are a general category candidate.
So, you should better try for a private college/university.

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be the responsible authority for the counselling and seat allotment of JEE Main 2017. JEE Main 2017 counselling and seat allotment will be held in seven rounds. Greetings from Shiksha, you can have a very good preparation. Just follow my suggestions- Read NCERT text books thoroughly which will help you a lot. Build the concepts very well and then solve some practice papers enough. This will obviously fetch you a good rank.
