There are chances that you may get NIT based on your score in JEE mains. But you should not rely only on a single option. You should also apply for some other best institutes either government or private. You can also expect scholarships from some private universities. Which category you belong to? If you're ST then easily you'll a NIT. If you're SC, then also you have a good chance. Try the NIT in your state, you'll the state quota. Goodluck !!

Hi Shivam,
JEE Main Paper 2 is conducted for admissions to B.Arch/B.Planning courses at NITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions. JEE Mains paper 2 is based on both drawing and maths skills , it has a math section (level is same as the jee mains paper 1) and a sketching and 3D interpretation section. The rank you obtain in paper 2 is independent of the paper 1 rank. The exam, like the paper 1 is conducted by CBSE and helps you secure an admission in SPAs ( School of Planning and Architecture) and the B.Arch courses in NITs. ( SPA Delhi is considered the best in the country).
NATA is a compulsory Exam conducted by the Counc

No you can not get any of the NIT college at such score in jee mains. You scored very good in board but your marks should be near about 150 tp get any NIT college.
