Hey Umashankar,
You certainly have scored good marks in your board exams but your score in JEE is not satisfactory to get admission in IIT, NIT or government colleges. However you can apply for private colleges. You have good score in 12 based on which you may get a good scholarship offered by some private universities. You can check out these universities as they are having excellent placement records and good overall rankings. Some college suggestions -

Since you haven't scored well in JEE mains so you will not get admission in Government institutes.Although there are private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high scholarship.some of these universities are:
1.BITS
2.Lovely Professional University
3.Symbiosis
Along with good education,these also provides good platform to boost their skills.These universities provide an assured placement along with providing good education.

Your score is not valid enough to get admission into NIT but you still have many options to go with. You can apply for some best private universities having their forms open. Private universities also provide best infrastructure and equally good education with government universities. You can check out the placement records before taking admission.
