You certainly have scored good marks in your board exams but your score in JEE is not satisfactory to get admission in IIT or NIT. Also it may be possible that you get any NIT by your category. However you can apply for private colleges. You have good score in 12 based on which you may get a good scholarship offered by some private universities. You can check out these universities as they are having excellent placement records and good overall rankings. Some college suggestions -

There's no comparison amongst them. Both are different. NIT's tag makes you different from the crowd.

You have higher possibilities to get admission in NITs.

The fee structure is approximately 94,000 INR per year. But, do not worry, you will easily get bank loans.

If you want CSE, it is best if you get it from any university
It is not worth compromising on your interest for some college's name.

when compared to least ranking IIT's .top ranking NIT's are the best

it depends on your performance and ability you get the job after completing btech from NIT . it is no doubt better than other pvt and state gov college.

If a persons rank is 10000 there is a good chance to get seat in any 1 of d nit's
