MNIT- Jaipur is the best for the MBA as there is a good infra, faculty and the placements are better than any college in the list that you have mentioned above.

It depends on the year when you took admission in college. For example, for 2017-2021 batch it is Rs 1.36 lakh and it remains the same for all the four years. It may be possible that the govt rule of 10% increment in the fees will cost you more till the end of the course.

NIT, Warangal is one of the best NITs to get admission in that you have to qualify JEE Mains with around 250+ marks out of 360.
