Officially the college doesn't disclose any sectional cut-offs but past trends has shown that they do take it into account.
The sectional cut - off range is as follows
QA- 65-70
LR- 55-60
VA- 55

Yes you can choose any specialization among finance, marketing or operations in the 2nd year.
No we don't have any basket ball court in campus. But there are few good courts nearby where we pay and play by the hour.

The admission in any of the NMIMS campus is based on two rounds 1. NMAT score wherein a cut off mark is declared for each campus. It is usually 208-210 fro mumbai, 190 -195 for bangalore and hyderabad. If you clear the cut off the you are called for the next round. 2. CD-PI round - this happens at Mumbai campus and after this the final shortlist is declared for each campus.

Only NRI and foreign students GMAT scores are accepting by NMIMS ( Hyderabad and Mumbai) , for Indian students you have to crack NMAT.
