BBA Tourism is a better course by far in comparison. B.Voc H&T is good too but it still is B.Voc. BBA has way better demand and recognition.

It is better to go for RVCE, Bangalore, but the management quota goes upto INR 35 Lacs and Amity- Noida have reasonable fees, when compared to management quota of RVCE. Hope you got your answer.

You can do your MBA in Germany. You need to take IELTS and the requirement will be a minimum of 6.5 band overall and each component (minimum of 6 band). You also need to do a German language certificate course. Normally, for Germany, the education agents will be charging service charges of INR 25,000 to 50,000/ as they will not get any commission from the university. It is better for you to apply through an education agent who will guide you for visa and other processes.

See, if you can afford the fee of a private college then opt for JSS-Noida as this is the best institute of UPTU and moreover, the study environment is also awesome in this college. If you cannot then opt for MMMUT.
