Hello Girisha,
Well, it is up to you whether you choose a well-built infrastructure or you go for a better exposure. Infrastructure and facilities in IITTM-Gwalior are far better than IITTM, Noida, but you will definitely get better practical exposure in Noida centre of IITTM as the centre is situated in NCR and all resources are nearby.
