Nursing Training School, Burnpur Hospital, is one of the top nursing colleges in West Bengal. The training school is affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS), Kolkata.
To get admission in the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course, the eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination from any recognized board in regular class mode with at least 40% marks in aggregate.

Mission Mercy School of Nursing, Kolkata, offers General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) training course to train nurses and midwives to manage every critical emergency situation efficiently.
According to official notification of college, fees structure for GNM course is as per direction of Directorate of Health Services, Govt. of West Bengal. It may change as per the decision of the Government of West Bengal in later sessions.
The fee structure is as follows:
First year: The tuition fees and other charges are Rs. 200000.
Total Fees: The total tuition fee for a 3-year course is Rs. 600,000.
Hostel Charges: Rs. 7,000/month

Hi Deepak, to get admission in GNM-
Candidates must have English as their compulsory subject and should have a Science stream in their 12th standards. Also, they need to score a minimum of 40% aggregate marks and in English separately in their qualifying exam. The candidate must be a 10+2 pass out with English as the compulsory subject and must have secured 40% in aggregate in Vocational ANM course from any Indian Nursing Council recognised institute. Should have completed 17 years of age and not exceeding 28 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission. Passed two-years pre-university examination with Physics Chemistry Biology English and one vernacular language with minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General and 40% or more aggregate marks for ST/SC and Physically challenged candidates.
