1. Entrance exam result
2. Seat allotment letter
3. Enough colored passport size photographs (At least 12 no. )
4. Aadhaar card photographs of self and family members
5. Father income proof
6. Residential proof (Ration card/ Aadhar card etc. )
7. Caste certificate
8. Attested academic Certificate copies ( 10th and 12th)
9. Medical fitness Certificate on prescribed format of college
10. Domicile Certificate (If applicable)
11. School leaving Certificate.
