You can go to any medical College for B.Sc. Nursing I would recommend to take the exam organized by AIIMS for B.Sc. Nursing.

If you see in India that the course fee of BSC nursing is 20000 INR to 250000 INR so it may very from college to college but it's difficult to tell about Soni College only because it may varies college to college. Best of luck.
