For Bachelor's course, the eligibility is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Minimum marks required are 50% with 5% relaxation for ST/ SC category. Minimum age: 17 years
Selection Procedure: Entrance test held by the Maharaj Vinayak Global University
Once you get through this, you can apply to the college website.

SRM is quite a good pvt university. Mostly famous for its engineering stream. But, you can rely on its other schools and departments. Moreover in private universities, Manipal is the best for OT. SRM is also good.
Still, you can try for National Institute of Empowerment of persons with multiple disabilities if you wish to study in govt institution in Chennai. For that, you need to give entrance conducted by three institutions run by Central Government.

These are two different branches. In India, there are many medical college for Physiotherapy only. And, in physiotherapy lots of scope in India as well as Foreign. You can set up a clinic after completing Physiotherapy, but in occupational therapy you may get a bit difficulty to set up, because occupational therapy is less known and not Fully evolved yet.

So, Physiotherapy is better for future, occupational therapy also has good scope. occupational therapists getting better salary then physio as they have not been as saturated like physio.

If you qualify in good government medical college for MOT, then you should have to do MOT. You will get good salary after completing your MOT.
