SRM is quite a good pvt university. Mostly famous for its engineering stream. But, you can rely on its other schools and departments. Moreover in private universities, Manipal is the best for OT. SRM is also good.
Still, you can try for National Institute of Empowerment of persons with multiple disabilities if you wish to study in govt institution in Chennai. For that, you need to give entrance conducted by three institutions run by Central Government.

Hi,

No one course better than other. They are both different and play importnt roles in rehabilitation.

Candidates can choose BPT to help patients restore physical movement and strength after injury. Or choose BOTh to help people gain independence in daily life, work or hobbies - often focusing on mental and emotional rehabilitation.

BPT has a higher volume of job openings and in some contexts higher visibility.

Hope this helped your query! All the best!
