You cannot do online B.Sc as IT is a degree with practical subjects which is impossible to complete without attending classes. So, you cannot do online B.Sc.

First, if you want to take online admission, first Google the name of the college. Open the official site of the college there you would see admission notifications. 1st register your self then follow application procedure i.e. Filling details, uploading your documents like aadhar , 12th mark sheet , 10 th mark sheet, caste certificate if any, and then pay the application fee. This way, you can seek admission in any university.

No, there is no free platform to earn a degree. You can however get admission in a college and apply for Scholarship. Also, there is no course completely online. You can study online but you will have to give paper on a center. Try IGNOU. Contact them and they will guide you better.
