Yes, it is normally permissible to pursue a dual degree at UIET(University Institute of Engineering and technology) , Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), with one online degree and other offline.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) which allows students to pursue two degrees simultaneously, one in regular (Offline) mode and other in distance or online mode.
UGC new 2025 policy has officially allowing dual degree now.
