Hi, OTET 2018 exam pattern for both the papers is given below:
OTET Exam Pattern for Category-A (Paper-I)
OTET 2018 exam pattern for Paper-I is such that there will be 150 multiple choice questions in the exam that candidates need to complete in 2.5 hours duration. OTET Exam Pattern for Category-B (Paper-II)
Similar to the pattern for Paper-I, OTET 2018 exam pattern for Paper-II is such that the question paper will contain a total of 150 objective-type multiple choice questions. The duration of the exam will be 2.5 hours. For further clarification, candidates can you can refer to below link:

IGNOU will always be a much better option than other colleges in terms of open education. It is world's largest open school. IGNOU's MBA literally is of high value. You will always have the flexibility of changing your exam center and postponing your exam dates. Curriculum of IGNOU is great and is valid everywhere.

I was also interested in applying DBA in ABMTC, but I couldn't find their whereabouts in NET. Only

Some of the accreditation like WCI, USDLA, EURAS also not giving confidence as in some of such websites, they have mentioned, "listing the names here doesn't ensure accreditation".

No, it is not available online yet. But continuous progress is being made to make this institute course online. But, for now, you have to take addmission in this institute and then you have to complete your graduation.
