Hello Levansh,
Indraprastha University located in Delhi has almost decided to disband the examinations for admission conducted by itself and it will be laying emphasis on the entrance exams conducted by Nationalised bodies like National testing agency or similar institutions. There is more possibility to make a clear discussion. And definitely there will be a lot of difference in between distance and online mode. If your course was an additional one then choose an online basis. There are also many more other considerations you had to consider like availability of the course, course duration and your level of preparation.

Dear Sahil,
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will release IP University 2019 application form for both UG and PG courses in online mode by the first week of March 2019. Candidates should take note that the last date to fill the application form would be in the first week of April 2019 for some courses like MA in English, Economics, B.Com, Bachelors of Science in Nursing etc. While for other courses like B.Ed. and BA in Economics, Masters of Science in Nursing, etc., the last date would be in the fourth week of April 2019.
