Yes hostel facility is available with proper mess.

Although its a very personal choice but according this order is good:
1. Petroleum
2.Computer science
3.IT
4.Mechanical
5.electrical
6.civil
7.chemical

You are eligible to fill form for admission in PDPU. However your admission depends on the merit number you will receive after you fill up the form.

First of all you have to mention whether you have appeared in CBSE or state board exams. Also it depends on which category you fall(general, OBC, SC or ST). However it is nearly impossible to say if you will get petroleum because as of now neither all India rank is available neither ACPC rank.

General category-100 marks, obc category-70,SC category-52, St category-48

It depends on your merit number that you will get after you fill form for NRI quota or management quota.

First of all its necessary to ask questions in English and secondly i cannot tell if you are going to get admission because percentage scored in class 12 matters a lot.
