Yes, it is possible for international students to study and get a part-time job at Linkoping University. Students do not need a work permit to do so provided they are enrolled at the university and have obtained a residence permit. Students with full-time studies require 40 hours of work a week and are difficult to combine with part-time work.
Note: Part-time work in Sweden is limited and most jobs require knowledge of Swedish.

If students have immigration permission to take employment, then they can take up to 20 hours per week during term-time. However, note that international students are not permitted to engage in self-employment activities. Some of the best part-time jobs in UK for international students are:

Yes, you can work part-time while studying at the Technical University of Munich. You can work up to 20 hours per week while studying. If you exceed this, you'll be required to pay into the German social security system, which could negatively impact your studies. Non-EU/EEA students are also able to work in Germany alongside their studies, for 120 full days or 240 half days per year.
