Hello,
CPL is not a degree course which will require certain amount of regular classes or attendance for that matter.
You just have to finish all the DGCA exams for issue of CPL and fly for 200hrs as per the requirements.
It is irrespective of what time you take, provided you finish the complete thing within 5 years.

If you want to do a part-time MBA, you can choose a distance learning MBA, which is run by many of the colleges in every state. And, they provide you the lectures, the lecture that they provide you in the form of a soft copy either by online, mail, or through Pendrive. And, the time duration of the MBA is 2 years. It is very nice to hear from you that you are working professional and is now desirous of completing your engineering degree. Here I will like to add a word of caution. UGC has directed all universities to stop offering professional courses under distance mode of education. Hence this route is not for you. But yes, in the place where you are living presently if there are engineering colleges present and available you need to approach the administrative staff to find out which of these colleges offers part time courses.
