Yes you can apply for the exam.
According to CDS eligibility criteria 2020, candidates applying for the exam must be 20 to 24 years. Candidates who have passed graduation or appearing for their final year are eligible to apply for CDS exam provided they submit a relevant certificate of passing the examination at the time of commencement of course.

Firstly, I would like to bring it to your notice that these days UGC has banned any professional course being offered by distance mode. As regards part-time, it is normally offered to those who are working and can not find time in regular hours. But unfortunately, the ready-made list is not available. You can check with the administrative staff of any college nearer to where you live or work.

MBA from LPU because in terms of placement the highest packaged offered is INR. 21 Lacs per annum and the placement is 100%. There are lots of opportunities, exposure to industries during study, live projects, internships etc. And for future, it is best options. Thank you.
