It is very nice to hear from you that you are working professional and is now desirous of completing your engineering degree. Here I will like to add a word of caution. UGC has directed all universities to stop offering professional courses under distance mode of education. Hence this route is not for you. But yes, in the place where you are living presently if there are engineering colleges present and available you need to approach the administrative staff to find out which of these colleges offers part time courses. Your percentage is very less but do not worry. There are some top universities where you can get admission easily. I hope you have heard about Amity University. Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks. Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks. Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
