There is only one college in Hyderabad, which offers this certification course. Further, siksha.com had made a list of colleges which offer and this one appears in the fore. All the best, it is a good subject, but sad, many colleges don't offer it.
You can check the link and all details of the college here:

This would depend a lot on your financial status. If you don't have financial responsibility, then you should pursue full time MBA from a top ranked institute and you have responsibility to run a family then an Executive MBA or part-time or distance MBA is a preferred option.

Nowadays, a lot of options are available for candidates who want to pursue MBA while working. You could explore the following:
1. Part-time MBA
2. Executive MBA
3. Correspondence MBA
4. Take a sabbatical from your current employer and enrol for the full-time MBA.
Full-time MBA colleges do permit you towards the 4th semester. However, for the first three semesters, one needs to attend college full-time.

Hello Abysai,
If you want to do MBA as a part time and attend weekend classes, then I will suggest you to go for MBA distance learning. Hence, you will have lots of time left and can do your work too.
Good Luck.

Yes, most of the students work part time while studying, part time work is good for your daily needs. Many countries provide a part time job opportunity while studying, but you need to focus more on your studies than a part time job.
