There is no college which offers part time Diploma in mechanical engineering but you can pursue skill development courses.

Hello Nandkishore, It's very good to hear from you about your desire to study. Yes, some colleges do indeed offer part time facility for doing engineering. But such institutes are very limited in number. Also if it's far off then obviously you will not be able to attend evening or weekend classes.
