This type of part time Engineering Under graduate course in India is not known to me. And, so far my knowledge goes, AICTE does not validate this. However, in Kolkata at JU, there is BE full time evening course in civil, Mechanical and Electrical stream for Diploma Engineers with some eligibility criteria. If possible you may look for it. You can try for becoming guest lecturer in the private colleges.

If you are planning to pursue this course from National Academy of Sports Management, then it is a full-time course and cannot be pursued part-time.

The part-time certificate or Diploma courses are open to all to be pursued. You don't need to appear for an entrance exam for a part-time course.

Try some software company for part time job

Yes, it is not bad to do B.Ed part time. These days, having a B.Ed degree for teaching in school is must. From next year, B.Ed is going to be a course of 4 years. So, it is better, if you take admission for it now. Whatever degree you have, your quality will serve for you and your career. Regards.
