Students can find on-campus employment easily while studying at Emerson College. Students can find part-time employment via the federal work-study programme or the college's general employment program. During the academic year, you are permitted to work up to 20 hours per week on campus as an F-1 student, and during breaks, students are allowed to work more than 20 hours per week. Office assistant, food services, and library assistant are a few examples of jobs that can be found on campus. Students are paid weekly cheques directly.

Student Employment will not post off-campus positions unless they are a Service Work Study partner.

Yes, working part-time as a student in Ireland can be possible. This is because if you are already studying a degree course in Ireland, this means that you ahve proven your proficiency in the language both to the university and the visa officers. Hence, you are sufficient enough to converse in the language.

Since the IELTS test is not a necessary requirement to work for employers in Ireland, showcasing English language proficiency through alternative methods may prove advantageous. However, some employers might still require an IELTS score based on the nature of the job.

Most student work around 15 hours per week and many students have jobs that are relevant to their studies. However, note that finding a job can be a little bit more challenging if you do not speak Danish. Therefore, it is not recommended that you base your semester's finances on having a job.

No, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS full form in Medical) cannot be done fully online because of the nature of the program. The MBBS program is highly practical and clinical. An MBBS course includes strict hands-on training, clinical placements, and practical classes.

While we can find some theoretical component, or some other courses in medicine that could be online, a full MBBS degree requires face to face on campus, and non-academic contact with patients, nurses and allied health workers to meet minimum competency set down by medical councils.
