Yes, as an international student, the University of East London can work part-time, however, the working hours are limited. The number of working hours is limited to 10 or 20 hours per week depending on the course. Also, check the other conditions before taking part-time. Students are not allowed to engage in the following professions:

  • Be self-employed or engage in business activity
  • Take employment as an entertainer
  • Take employment as a professional sportsperson including a sports coach
  • Fill a full-time permanent vacancy
  • Be a doctor or dentist in training
