Yes, being an international student, you can work on-campus. However, to work on-campus, you need to maintain F-1 status, not work more than 20 hours while the school is in session, and not displace a U.S. resident. Note that you may be employed full-time during holidays and vacation periods, if you are eligible and want to register for the next school term.

The official brochure released by IIITDM Kurnool states certain conditions to be fulfilled by candidates seeking admission to the part-time PhD courses. To be eligible, candidates must fulfill any of the following criterias:

As per a student review posted over Shiksha, there is a good scope of part-time jobs in Ulyanovsk. Students are given a permit through the university through which they can work off-campus. Most of the students prefer doing jobs at car factories at the time of summer break. Students can also work with delivery and taxi services. One can also work with a food delivery partner.
