Patna university would be a better choice for reasons like greater exposure in terms of faculty easier access to coaching instituted if needed for any topic examination are on time more credibility etc. Preparing for competition will be easier as all PU colleges are in proper Patna. Second hands books also easily available in apna bazaar that is below Bihar Udyog Bhawan. Better lodge facility available and more.

Yes, OfCourse. DDE and other colleges (as Patna college, Vanijya college, Patna Women college and Magdha Mahila college, etc. ). are affiliated to Patna University. And the syllabus and exams are same for all the affiliated colleges. And Degree too, is same for all. So, Degree of DDE (PU) is 100 valid. It's a better substitute of IGNOU. Thanks.

I can't say about other colleges of Patna university but in Magadh Mahila college specially vocational courses like BBA & BCA you have to attend class regularly with 75% attendance per semester.
