Hi, You should purchase the previous year’s problem book for the entrance test of B.Sc computer applications of Patna University from Gandhi Maidan Patna. Just visit any book shop and tell them your subject, they will provide you the same. You should solve this book thoroughly to get selected.

You can surely fill the form.
But, Patna Women's College provide BBA as a vocational course as far as my knowledge is concerned. You should confirm the same prior to your admission process completion.
Also, it is suggested that you pursue BBA from some other University as it would provide you with a wide platform which you might not be able to get in the college. Moreover, Placement opportunities will also be much better in other Universities. Patna Women's College is good for courses like B.Com, B.Sc.
All the best.
