Vocational courses are skill based practical courses, where you hone your skills to develop expertise in a particular skill of your interest whereas graduation course provides a qualification like B.Tech, B.E, MBBS, B.Com, etc. However there are B.Voc ie. Bachelor of Vocational Education Courses also which enables you to get Skills & Qualification. Usually Vocational Courses are Certificate level programs.

Candidates can apply online via Patna University website patnauniversity.ac.in and click on the admissions for the under graduate courses section.
From here, he/she must proceed on to the application form and carefully fill in the details in the set format. Candidate must cross-check for any discrepancies in the details provided by him/her in the application form.
Once the form is submitted, the payment for the application form must be paid either online or offline through Challan or Demand Draft.
The print out of the application form must be retained for later use and if a Department requires submission of the hard copy of the applicatio

I studied Computers Vocational Course from Bihar National College (20022005) batch. There are no placements or placement assistance. In reality when I look back I feel it's better not to have such useless stuff. Educating for job is not education at all especially at the cost of intelligence. I still feel the process who taught us gave us concepts and though process which even today I remember well. I know from my place who even getting a B.Tech is in my opinion not fit for technical education. People who use money to get education are in my eyes are nothing but illiterate.

This is very simple. You will have to find a college around your city that offers BA course. Contact the administration office of the college, take the admission form, fill it and then submit the fee to confirm your admission. That's all.
