Both colleges are good, they provide quality education, they both have good campuses with nice placements. If we compare these colleges, the PES university is slightly more expensive than CMS Bangalore. But it provides more courses than the CMS Bangalore. If in  CMS Bangalore, one course is expensive then in PES University one course is not that much expensive.  Both are good, you must choose them according to your need.

PES is without a doubt the best option because it has established a solid reputation as one of Bangalore's best colleges. Placements and exposure to extracurricular activities are occasionally encouraged, even though they are solely student-initiated, because the university now needs recognition.
